It should encourage and provide activities that ▶︎permit year-round access◀︎:
▸ Bird Blinds designed to accommodate individuals with mobility issues to observe nature using
binoculars, scopes and photography, along with able-bodied individuals.
▸ Trail system that can accommodate wheelchairs and other forms mobility aids.
▸ Washrooms facilities
▸ Snowshoeing and Cross-Country Skiing in designated areas.
▸ Cycling on designated trails.
▸ Garbage bins
▸ Designated Weather Shelters; for example during a Thunderstorm.
▸ Trail maps and other identifying points of interest.
