It is most encouraging to read of increased protection of the lands.
With the south shore of Prince Edward County being an area of bird migration, with more birds passing through than Point Pellee ( which is maximally protected), keeping it minimally developed and unindustrialized is critical.
Recognition of the importance of protecting endangered species such as those recorded in that area, and biodiversity by the government, and action to preserve that, is most heartening.
