Dear Minister and fellow citizens,

After considering the proposal for Clean Energy Credits it appears to me that there will be limited, if not zero, additional renewable energy systems built as a result of this program. In fact, the program appears to favour companies or individuals who wish to promote their use of renewable energy at the expense of those who are already benefiting from existing generation. My assumption is that CECs are and would be used as a political tool to bolster the perception of the current leadership's commitment to renewable energy, and nothing more.

I welcome any evidence or demonstration that shows this initiative will create additional renewable energy in the province.
