Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing today to voice my concerns regarding the Hydro plants recent proposal regarding emissions.
I have great concerns about the health and safety of our community and our our surrounding environment.
The communities in this are have expanded over the past few years and continue to do so. There numerous studies that show that these chemicals are especially damaging to children and those with respiratory health issues.
These chemicals have been linked to deforestation and acid rain.
This plant is located next to Lake Ontario.
It also neighbors many orchards and farm land.
This being said it is not a welcome proposal in my view to allow more pollutants to be released.
