Enclosed is Submission on Behalf of South Georgetown Landowners Group Seeking Inclusion In Settlement Area by Modification to Halton Regional Official Plan 49. It also includes an alternative Land Needs Assessment prepared by Altus Group Economic Consulting. The submission identifies the need for 2565 HA of new settlement area for community area purposes. It also identifies why the South Georgetown Landowners Block lands represent the optimal location for some of that settlement area expansion.
