The application sends collected stormwater runoff to a stormwater management pond in the front of the lot; that pond is also the source for fire-fighting water. The design intends to keep the pond level high, for the fire-fighting, but in doing so, effectively, provides zero stormwater management of quantity as the pond the application drains to will always be full.
