The $$$ saved should/could go to expand/build Ontario's Level# EV charging infrastructure. Electric Cars have no emissions = a better use of the $40M saved by cancelling DriveClean program.

Heavy trucks are very polluting. Cleaning up the fleet will greatly help in improving air quality. Heavy trucks are also very noisy (we dont always think of noise as pollution - but it is a type of pollution,; one that has a non-negligible impact on health and wellness). Bad tires or sub-optimal tires contribute both to bad fuel economy AND noise.
