I would like to know how you are going to continue ensuring that light vehicles maintain safe emission standards if they are not tested? Is it now up to our police to monitor this through road side stops? I personally think that emissions will start trending up again without these tests. I think it would more beneficial to extend the time between tests but still test so older models are kept up.
Reducing the cost of licsence stickers would save everyone money. This ,one only benefits those with older model cars!
