The Drive Clean program hasn't been a legitimate measuring of emissions, or a program dedicated to cleaning our environment, since its inception. While it is mandatory we maintain clean vehicles and keep the older, filthy vehicles off our roads, this program has only ever been about taking people's money. Emissions standards nowadays are more than adequate for what and where we should be. Exceptions should not be made for older or larger/commercial vehicles. Do away with the testing of light/passenger vehicles. The current system is a scam.
