Don't do this. Your proposal strikes me as being too low density and targeting the wrong demographics. Ontario needs, in all candor, low income and high density housing. We need good zoning near public transit; upscaling major urban zones. All a move like this will do is create investment properties.

I do not trust that a scale back of a Green Belt will be offset, despite any assurances, especially given the administration's prior assurances that the greenbelt was not to be touched. I hold our provinces natural beauty in high priority. Please, refine the space we have. Don't spread the same problems in a larger area, or else we will be coming for more Belt every few years.
