To be frank, I grow a little more disgusted each year at being an Ontarian. This proposal makes feel so little pride in our provincial government and for the people currently power. The lack of care regarding our environment will lead to a horrific future for all the creatures in the Greenbelt, both human and non human alike. Your proposal has not document how this will affect the known endangered species and waterways of the area, so what's going to happen? Give us the truth, this project will destroy the biodiversity that exists there and the people in charge Do. Not. Care. What happens. . The Greenbelt is an example of Canadian pride, a cornerstone of our Environmental policies which make the rest of the world view us under a spotlight of what could be if we took care of the Earth and ourselves. If this goes through? Just another money hungry grab without care for the future generations and what this will cost them.
