I do not support this initiative. The province needs affordable housing in centrally located areas.
Is there transparency made available about Doug Ford's connection to these landholder owners and their patronage to his campaign?
We need to preserve agriculture and protected areas.
The solution is not more housing but imposing size requirements on new developments ex. 50% of their new developments should be under 1800 square feet instead of these massive homes and make a more concerted effort on the land these homes are developed.
We need to be prioritizing our environment and green spaces while we can. This goes against what Canada stands for. What good is housing if we don't have air to breathe? Or water to drink? Or be able to go outside without it being too hot? Or facing environmental disasters year after year?
Instead of thinking about economy and the all mighty dollar we should be making an effort - as a government setting the example - that our planet comes first.
