I’m really disturbed by the lack of planning when it comes to housing in our province. Why is the only solution to break a promise that you, Doug Ford made to your constituents?

As you drive north or south on Highway 400 or east or west on Highway 401 there are plenty of establishments that are run down or properties and developers that have gone bankrupt. This type of solution would allow commuters to use the existing train system and existing highways instead of using taxpayers money to create roadways that we currently do not need. Why can we not use these locations instead of displacing even more of our natural resources? Where will all of the wildlife go?

What will we be known for in Ontario if we don’t protect our wildlife and our natural resources? What type of legacy are you Doug Ford looking to leave behind; a life of making money or a life of bettering our province and our children’s future? I am sad for the next generation if this is the type of leadership that they have to look forward to. Do better! Prove to us that it’s about more than making money. Go back to the drawing board and come up with a better solution.
