Doug Ford promised he wouldn't do this and this proposal is disgraceful. We need to protect the green belt. If anything we should be increasing the protections around this land and trying to protect more of these ecosystems. I'm ready to protest against any destruction of this land and I know others in our community feel the same way. If we need development, there are plenty of existing neighborhoods, both residential and commercial, in deteriorating states that would benefit from investment into their maintenance and meet ontarians needs by creating flourishing communities. This proposal is robbing everyone of a better Ontario.
