After reading the proposal several times, it seems that Bill 23 would only benefit developers/builders. You are basically giving them no rules to follow. People who live in communities, towns and cities have a right to question any type of re-zoning being put forth in their community. We vote for our municipal politicians, you cannot take that right away from us. Municipal governments need to do their job and this bill takes everything away. All in the name of building more houses? The people who live here should have a say not the PC government. The bill is wrong in so many ways. Stop meddling!! Concentrate on Education, Health Care, LTC, and the Economy those are your BIG ISSUES!
