I am against this bill (…

I am against this bill ( bill 25 ) especially the part that takes away the small landlord’s right to raise rent on new leases .Rent increases should be governed by the market not the government.
We don’t see the government legislating other industries like grocery , gas, clothing, etc…or in any other area of everyday life.
All rent increases SHOULD at least be indexed to the inflation rate plus 3 per cent .
If the government takes away that right , then all housing investors and I am one of them would take the money to another province and possibly out of canada as well .
