7400 acres is no where near enough land to expand housing stock to reasonable prices. Toronto's housing is 11x median income:median price where Calgary is 3x.

When you poll Canadians, most of them want to live in houses or at least townhouses.

7400 acres selectively across GTA is not enough. We should instead pass a 1 for 1 acre swap, where you can develop an acre of greenbelt as long as you reforest an acre somewhere else in Ontario.

That's the least we can do young people like me who have been completely priced out from the lifestyles of our parents.
