You lied when you promised…

You lied when you promised to keep the Greenbelt protected. Our Greenspace, our environment our land as Canadians. You are simply trying to line your pockets. Your actions are selfish, disgusting, irresponsible and irreversible. Housing crisis?? Nonsense. 1- Build up don't sprawl. 2- Canada is a huge country, people can occupy other portions of land that haven't been deemed protected. 3- The urban planners of the GTA suck; it was irresponsible of them to create a city with lousy roads and transit systems. We live in this country for many different reasons. Our democracy is sacred. One of the most important things that I love about this country is our land- our GreenSpace. The important ecosystems that depend on this land that we share are invaluable and you are planning on destroying all of this life! It's makes me feel ashamed to live in a country now that shows such disrespect to our citizens and our environment. How dare you!! I'd like to mention that I am a 5th generation Canadian and I've never been more embarrassed to live in a country that would allow it's government to destroy our Green Space and the life that flourishes within it. All of the trees that will no longer exist; you are killing us too!
