This bill must stop.
Housing and livable, sustainable communities are needed, and this bill prevents such communities from existing.
The province needs to work with municipalities to develop appropriate strategies that maintain a good standard of living and quality of life for all.
As it is, this bill proves to Ontario that the PC party is corrupt, and in bed with developers.
