I do not support Bill 23.
Certainly *some* red tape exists and fair adjustments might be proposed.
In addition to the heritage concerns, the conservation authories should be left to do their important work.
Interesting that the provincial government will not provie the public with the number of housing starts proposed but not acted upon by municipalities. Also, the provincial government is hiding the stats on the land and space that is already available and eligible for building homes.
This is a win-win for the Conservative party and developers. Sprawl is good for friends.
