I am writing this as an in-law of someone who owns a cottage in Rondeau Provincial Park. My family and I have many wonderful memories of getting together at the cottage, and would eventually like to carry on these family traditions with new generations to come. It has become a great place to bring our family together, from near and far.

We would appreciate having the lease extended by another 2 years as this park has brought happiness, adventure, and relaxation to many people.

With this 2-year lease extension, it would give more than enough time to come to a decision to leave the park as is. Everyone in Rondeau has diligently followed the E.R.O process yet again, however, our community's collective patience has come to an end. The looming sadness/anxiety that follows every two years for cottage owners is unfair and wrong. Rightfully so, many owners are fed up with having to fight for their leases. Many use these cottages as summer vacation spots, but there are also owners who reside there year-round and call this park home.
