Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to submit my comments.

As a cottage owner in the park, I support the extension of leases in Rondeau Park, but stress the need for a practical long term solution so that all stakeholders know what the future of the park is. I am not sure if that would entail a longer term lease or, as suggested the proposed sale of lots, neither am I confident that this 2yrs extension will provide sufficient time to develop meaningful option, other than the status quo.

Our family loves Rondeau. We consider ourselves fortunate to be part of the park community and extremely conscious of how environmentally important the park is, and as such always conduct ourselves appropriately. I firmly believe we are exemplary stewards of the wonderful habitat that surrounds our cottage along with the wider park areas.

It would be everyone's interest if a long term decision made so we can continue to enjoy our cottage and the beauty of Rondeau Park for years to come without this unfortunate dilemma continually lingering in the background.
