This is too rushed and municipalities need time to determine the costs of this. Municipalities should also not bear all the responsibility of all assessments. We need the input of the conservation authority and of residents. Yes, we need more housing but not like this. If this bill is implemented as is and no changes are made I will never vote conservative again. Waiving developer fees is a stab in the back to municipalities.
