I think Doug Ford's proposal…

I think Doug Ford's proposal to destroy, sorry I mean develop, parts of the Green Belt are a slap in the face to working parents who are doing their outmost to care for their kids and who are seeing the government strip those same kids of the ability to enjoy the same benefits we have enjoyed in our lifetime. The land that's proposed to be develop is agricultural land and there's no replacing that with something else. There's too precious little of it as is. Our Canadian farmers should be able to purchase this land without competing with investors and to grow our own food, instead of having far worse and more expensive quality shipped from overseas. Keeping this land in the Green Belt is also vital to combating climate change, something Ford doesn't seem to think about. I am vehemently opposed to this proposal because it does not take into account wishes of the vast majority of Ontarians and serves the benefit of a few at the expense of all of us. Shame!
