I cannot see the logic of bill 23. If you want affordable housing please build affordable housing.
I understand supply and demand, and the leg that this legislation stands on but this legislation is obviously just a prop for the few who stand to benefit at the hand of hard working farmers and conservationalists.
I have nothing against either of the above but I unequivocally oppose bill 23.
