I'm pleading as a mother of three children that you do not develop the greenbelt protected land for the sake of their future. Children don't have the voices for political forces to hear but please do your diligence in protecting these green spaces. BUILD UP not out. Your bill will only enhance the pockets of developers and will not address the housing concerns of the most vulnerable.
Where will our food system become stronger? Did COVID not teach us how vulnerable our current food system is in Ontario?
Again, please do NOT develop on the greenbelt. You will not have my vote or those in my family.
