Please find attached hereto the Oskar Group's feedback submission as requested by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing on the proposed changes to the Greenbelt Area boundary regulation (O. Reg. 59/05). The proposal highlights the Oskar Group's East Gwillimbury properties, collectively, as being an ideal candidate for special consideration and removal/redesignation outside of the Greenbelt Plan, and its regulatory boundaries, to help achieve the mandate of the Government of Ontario to satisfy its near term development objectives under the More Homes Built Faster Act 2022.
