The proposal patently belies the premier's promise to protect the Greenbelt, and is proof positive that he will say anything to get elected. Doug Ford needs to cut the crocodile tears for the so-called little guy, and transparently acknowledge his agenda to further enrich his fat cat speculator and developer cronies, at the unmitigated expense of the environment and future generations. The proposal will do nothing to resolve the housing crisis, only increase property values where his friends have invested.
