It’s called the green belt…

It’s called the green belt for a reason. Please do not encroach on the boundary with development.
This needs to stop here or else it’s open season.
Horizontal ever expanding cities are extremely inefficient and wasteful. Vertical cities should be prioritized for a rapidly growing and modernizing Ontario.

Premier Ford has previously publicly stated that he would not touch the green belt and we need to hold him to it.

The news is already reporting on connections between Premier Ford and families/companies that purchased land within the boundaries “with no anticipation of development” to suddenly find that they are clear to build. Do not wait for all of the details to come out years down the road long after the green belt has been dug up.

We should be promoting biodiversity not destroying it! Please don’t.
