I am writing today to ask you not to interfere with the Greenbelt. I am 24 years old and I have lived in Toronto for 6 years. Going through with the actions on this bill would be disastrous for the environment, and would make me ashamed to live in Ontario. I am not under the illusion that this would help create any actual affordable housing for the people the need it most. This kind of action against the Greenbelt will have irreparable damage and experts are clearly advising against it. Please leave this unique ecosystem untouched.
