Please repeal Bill 23, because:
- The greenbelt is for farming, wilderness preservation and flood/erosion protection, not for building or enriching political donors.
- Your "swapping plot" argument is a ruse because the land supposedly to be added is already protected.
- The greenbelt land being swapped out is not close to infrastructure and will not help the housing crisis.
- To solve the housing crisis, use existing land that is already zoned for development to build at higher density.
- Your bill will shift the burden of housing growth from developers to existing property owners. This is unreasonable and unfair.
