I do not agree with this Bill.
By "reducing red tape and removing barriers that are slowing down housing construction" it is clear to me that mistakes will be made and important heritages properties will be lost. Once these heritage properties are gone they can not be replaced.
It is not necessary to be in such a rush when enough land has already been set aside for the needed housing.
