Thank you for the ability to comment. My interest is in developing land in serviced areas but unable to build. These tracks of lands are not a flood risk or hazard but designated in areas where development is all around. Obviously the development around has been vetted for flooding or hazard issues. It makes sense to allow these properties to be developed.
