I am concerned that there is no mention of pollution or land conservation in these proposed changes and that there is no definition for a provincially significant wetland. 30 Meters is too small for provincially significant wetlands. Its not clear what low risk activities are. It is concerning that some buildings would be allowed within 30 meters under certain conditions as 10 square meters is shorter than 30 meters.
