I am responding to Bill 23.
I feel that the 30m limit from wetlands for development is too much and could hamper the building of new homes.
Currently there are many farmers fields and roads etc. that are far within the 30m limit with no adverse effects. A lower limit of 10 to 15m from a wetland for development would be more than adequate in preserving wetlands.
I am requesting that the 30m limit be reduced to a more reasonable distance which in my opinion would be 10 to 15m.
