Attached is part one of a Functional Servicing Report by Stantec regarding the lands at 2118 New Dundee Road. It is connected to the earlier submissions from Aird & Berlis and GSAI supporting the inclusion of the lands in the settlement area as community area.
The conclusion of the Stantec report is that servicing infrastructure is available to support the development of the land.
Thus, it can add crucially needed housing to the Region's housing supply.
