Owning a farm in Halton I welcome such a bill. With climate change and other factors OFDUs help a farm to bring in other streams of income.
It’s one thing to preserve farm land but it means absolutely nothing if a farm does not have economic viability. Allowing OFDUs on the small and medium scale can be excellent and much appreciated.
