It seems that requiring boats to move after 7 days may only create a “musical chairs” scenario when in fact you really want to reduce the traffic which is strongly objectionable.
Also requiring a 300 metre minimum distance from a shoreside structure whether occupied or not does seriously encroach upon recreational boaters’ rights on the waters. Is this not an accommodation to the Georgian Bay Cottagers Association who have have a strong but ill advised animosity to boaters?
