I do not see any reference to the number of people allowed on this type of vessel. We have regulations on the number of people allowed in a motor boat as well as the acquirement to wear life jackets.
This should be addressed in your changes.
Also in the case of any emergency ,say a fire or medical requirement) what directions does the person use to give 911 ( there is not 911 numbers assigned to these units .I would expect the being 300 meters from shore trying to use a shore reference would not be very accurate Unless you are a frequent boater on a lake , shore reference are hard to establish. .
Will these units have identification numbers ( like boats) that can see from the shore? When problems occur (like excessive noise at night,garbage being thrown in lake etc) are witnessed and reported to authorities ,the proper unit can be identified.
Lets hope AIRB&B never catches on with this.....Thanks
