We use our boat the same as cottages to enjoy the outdoors and waterways with our families. We are always respectful of cottages and find anchorages that do not impede on cottages. We are respectful of noise and treat the waterways with respect and safety is always in the forefront. I cannot say the same for some cottagers. The noice levels of music and loud people in general I would say come more from cottages and not boaters. We have had sea doos and boats circle or come way too close to our anchored boats and is a huge safety issue. If the proposed is approved, you would find many cruiser boats up for sale as there are way too many restrictions for them to enjoy there boats on our beautiful waterways. Not all/most boaters are bad or disrespectful boaters. Most are very respectful to others around there anchorage’s. Please don’t approve these new restrictions. Boaters too should be allowed to enjoy the great waters/outdoors with our family vacations.
