Many references have been made to camping on water and houseboats. I am confused where power boats and sailboats that are bigger and have accommodations for overnight stays fall in your proposal. I understand that there have been structures built on the water with questionable placements. How does it affect a 30 ft sailboat with sleeping, cooking and washroom facilities that wants to drop anchor somewhere. Are we to stay 300 metres from shoreline? We often seek sheltered bays…….300 metres from shore could very well put us in the main waterways. I’m not quite sure what you are trying to regulate. Structures or all watercraft. Clarification would be appreciated.
