Greetings:
The right to navigate is a fundamental Canadian right and historical tradition embodied into daily lives of Canadians and particular those in Ontario.
There is a concern re floating homes that may need very specific and focused response. Great care should be taken that any restrictions do not affect the long standing rights of Canadians to use our Canadian navigable waterways for purposes of navigation and the related right to navigate. These rights are relied upon, known and exist for continued generations. The draft regulation should be careful not to infringe.
If some businesses are piggy-backing on this key part of the Canadian tradition any response should ensure that it is effective and limited.
