I would like to know why I as a dock builder that installs post docks in Wildwood Park in Port Severn with only a 2 inch pipe with a maximum of 6 pipes per dock has to shut down from March 15th until July 15th because of the spawning season, Yet these container boat house's with 4 or 6 one foot square anchoring spuds are allowed to go where ever they want and drop the spuds and anchor for a few days and then move on to another spot throughout the Trent Severn Waterway and drop the spuds again in the midst of the spawning season. I would like permission to be able to carry on my business for the duration between March 15 and July 15th. I believe a 2inch pipe would cause less damage Than a one foot square spud anchor.
