No containerized shipping units or any other large ugly floating accommodations should be allow to permanently be “parked “ on our waters
It’s one thing to have cruising boats travel through and periodically moor over night,
But to purposefully create something to park on the water which has the potential for dumping raw sewage and garbage into our already fragile eco system is poposterous.
This will lead to a complete lack of environmental protection regarding fish, bird and other wildlife habitat
These accommodation residences will be rented out for profit and will completely destroy the quality of a peaceful existence on our increasingly fragile natural environment
Please realize the people who want to have these types of floating homes will not respect the environment and will use this opportunity for profit, and will do so without paying property taxes or other expenses which contribute to keeping our environment safe and protect our natural resources
