I am in favour of the proposed changes in regards to floating accommodations and the time limits on camping in one location. Although it does not fully address the issue of grey water discharge into the waterways, it does deal with restricting residential floating dwellings moving onto the scene. While some of the proponents for floating homes will continue to chip away looking for loopholes to exploit the regulations for their benefit, it is a step in the right direction. As there is a shortage of affordable land for people to purchase, it should not open the door to use up the waterways for this purpose.
