The proposed 300m minimum distance from a developed waterfront will exclude enjoyment by cruising boaters from every small bay (<600m across) having even a single developed property on it. Unlike camping on land, "here" is not as good as "there". Overnight anchoring requires protected waters, which typically means small bays. This proposed ammendment is clearly anti-boater and goes too far. Please ensure cruising boaters may continue to anchor in small bays across Ontario.
