I’m pleased that the floating accommodations will be excluded from overnighting in our lakes. It is not fair that they can enjoy the same environment as tax paying citizens without the same financial commitments. Also I’m very concern about the pollution to the lake with raw sewage, grey water and household garbage. There are not enough enforcement officers available to enforce the law.
I’m okay with most of the excluded proposals except for a couple. I feel the proposal of the requirement for camping on water to be at least 300 meters from developed shorelines is important to protect the privacy of waterfront owners. Also the proposal to have the them move at least 1 km from location is also fair.
