To Whom It May Concern,
Dwayne Andrew Wilson’s proposal to dump raw, contaminated, untreated sewage where we live, breathe and work simply to save him time and money, when it will directly impact our livelihoods and property values is heinous and vile. While septic tanks and sewage are a part of our lives that we cannot do without here in the country, the disposal of this untreated waste already has a method and place to be disposed of in an environmentally conscious manner in London. Are the property owners in this area seriously going to be made to pay because Dwayne doesn’t want to drive into London anymore?! This is an outrageous violation of our rights and we will not stand for it.
