Mr. Dwayne has had a history of dumping human waste on the property of 6953 Falconbridge Drive in Melbourne. Making his denial a simple consequence to previous actions. He was unable to care for himself or his community, therefore making it an easy decision for denial of his application. Human waste disposal is something he to be taken with major concern and should only be done under the hands of a responsible citizen. I would be very disappointed if Mr. Dwayne were given the opportunity to operate the “Stool Bus”. I see this as a proactive approach to a potential community crisis.
