There are presently treatment facilities with regards to human waste. The site proposal has major concerns with both flood plan along with 2 water creeks running through the property. There are already high amounts of standing water on the property that would contribute to both the drinking water safety of residents on wells downstream of this property along with livestock. Treatment facilities are established to prevent such future situations that create contamination.
